Senior Product UX Designer
I’m Sharaf, a Senior Product Designer with 10+ years of design experience, and a front-end developer before that. I made the switch because I wanted more than building screens: I love solving problems, growing businesses, and having a seat at the table when decisions get made.
Over the past decade, I’ve designed products for the Gulf’s biggest retail brands: a 0→1 loyalty app that reached 20K+ users in its first month, Arabic-first e-commerce for Nike, and design systems that scale with real teams under real deadlines. My workflow is AI-native, my specialty is the messy early stage, and my bias is always toward shipping.
Outside of work, I mentor designers on ADPList (Top 10 Product Design Mentor) and wrote You’re Not Behind, an e-book for designers who feel like everyone else has it figured out.
